An eBook is similar to a real paper-based book but it is distributed electronically, usually over the internet. It has pages and chapters you can view on your computer screen.

No. The eBook explains in depth the strategies you can apply when training without the need of any other resources than what you learn from reading this eBook.

We use the secure payment services of PayPal (PayPal.com) PayPal accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. You can also use your PayPal account (If you have one) and use your own funds or even an echeck.  Note, however that similar to standard checks, echecks take a few days to clear, depending on your bank and where you live and this will hold up the delivery of your products.

PayPal is a trusted and recognised provider of online payment solutions. They use up-to-date security technology to protect your personal and financial information. When you are taken to the PayPal site you will see a small padlock image on your browser, either in the address bar or in the status bar. You will also notices the letter 's' at the end of the "http" in the address bar.

These features indicate that your information will be encrypted and transferred securely. You can read more about PayPal by going to www.paypal.com and click on the "Security Center" link for more details.

All prices are in US dollars.

People outside of Australia will not pay any tax or GST on their eBook purchase. For Australian residents, I am legally required to add GST. This will be added on during the payment process.

Yes. You will be emailed a receipt of your purchase. For Australian residents, GST details will be listed on your receipt email ('Tax Invoice').

After you have successfully purchased the eBook through PayPal, you will be taken to a download page on the Corporate Training Zone website. There you will find a download link to click and download the zipped file of your eBook and bonuses.

You will receive instructions on how to unlock your eBook within 5 -10 minutes of your payment being accepted.

Within 5 to 10 minutes after purchase you will receive an email with all the instructions to unlock and start reading your eBook.

If you didn't receive the email then check your spam or junk folder in your email software product (eg Outlook) in case it was placed in there. If you still can't find the email, then write to us at support@CorporateTrainingZone.com immediately so we can promptly forward you the instructions.

Re-read the instructions in the email and make sure you follow all the steps provided.

Remember to enter the username and password you have been provided EXACTLY as they appear in the email when you are prompted to.

The eBook and bonuses download as a compressed ('zipped') file. Once you download it and save it to your hard drive you will need to unzip or "extract" the files. If you don't have unzipping software already, you will need software that unzips compressed files such as WinZip, WinRAR, PowerZip, or CAM unZip . A lot of these software providers offer a free trial period so you can download their software to see if you like it.

You will also need Internet Explorer 6.0 or above for the eBook to work. Internet Explorer comes with the Windows operating system so it should already be on your PC. If for some reason you don't have it or you need to upgrade the version you have, then download the latest version from:

Yes. The ebook is completely printable. Please note that the copyright only covers you printing the eBook for your personal use. It cannot be distributed to anyone else in any form.

No. The software that the eBook has been created in, eBook Pro, is designed to be used on a Windows-based PC. It may be possible to run the eBook software on a Mac with a PC emulator program such as Virtual PC or SoftWindows.

The size of the zipped up eBook and bonuses is approximately 1.5MB. The time it takes to download the file will depend on your internet connection. The table below will give you approximate download times for different internet connections.
